This package is fit for clients who seek professional help with furniture spatial planning, room layouts, and detailed cabinet drawings for their contractors.
If you need an expert to review your architectural plans, this package is right for you! We can collaborate to make your vision a reality!
This package does not include product sourcing. This computer-aided design (CAD) floor plan and elevation package is specifically for drawing and special planning. We bill revisions to your floor plans or drawings at an hourly rate.

VIRTUAL DESIGN PACKAGE
This package is ideal for clients who are looking for a well-defined plan to design a room and who are willing to implement the plan themselves. The design process is simple and includes budget-friendly options that lay out all the tools a client needs to create an exquisitely designed space. Clients are free to execute the design at their own pace.
We provide the entire schematic design process virtually, which makes the process seamless.
Services include:

A 30-minute call with our principal designer to establish the design's direction; we discuss your space, vision, budget, and aesthetic

Two furniture lay-out options for your space; we bill revisions to your floor plans at an hourly rate

A custom design presentation with "shoppable" links to retail items that we source for you

A proposal, through which we present trade fabrics or items that you can purchase directly; you can also "shop the look" at your own pace; we bill any revisions to your shopping list at an hourly rate.
